SailPoint IIQ - Workday Test connection errors

Hi Everyone Good day!
We are facing Workday test connection issue in SailPoint IIQ. we were able to connect to workday previously but after restarting the IIQ server we are unable to connect to Workday using both basic and OAuth2. Attaching the error msg.
[ ConnectorException ] [ Error details ] Exception : java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Any reference or help are welcome.

Is the connectivity open from your task server to workday url ?

Are there any connection issues at the network level.

You can even use curl command from your task server to check the connectivity test

hi Can you check if the firewall is blocking your workday connection. If your configurations are correct and you think there is no wrong in the setup in SailPoint.
