SailPoint IIQ -Salesforce aggreagtion failing with error [ ConnectorException ] [ Error details ] java.net.SocketException: Connection resetconnector.sdk.webservices.exception.WebServicesSdkException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Hi Every one we have our Salesforce application aggreation was running fine, but recently we are facing this is : test connection is fine but while doing a account or group preview/aggreagtion we are getting this error

[ ConnectorException ] [ Error details ] java.net.SocketException: Connection resetconnector.sdk.webservices.exception.WebServicesSdkException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Any help/input on this case will be very helpful. Thanks in Advance

Could you please confirm if the Account schema preview is working? Also, if possible, please share the system logs related to this.

Also check if you’re able to ping to your salesforce URL from task servers. Because Test connection runs on UI server whereas Aggregation tasks runs on Task servers.
