Hi @sunilasm,

the error is clear:

your service user doesnt have the permission or the configuration into the connector is wrong.

Otherwise, is possibile that something in the middle between SP and Salesforce, like a firewall or a proxy, is blocking the connection.

Hi @sunilasm,

According to the error log, Global_Block/Global_Policy_Denied policy Rule is blocking your access to CONNECT login.salesforce.com:443.

Rule:Global_Block/Global_Policy_Denied
Reason:"Either force_deny or force_exception was matched in policy"
Error: Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL

Thanks Arun!!

Do you think is this error from SailPoint side, or Salesforce?

Hi @sunilasm,

The error is not related to SailPoint or Salesforce. A network security policy is blocking access to the URL. Please forward the error information to the security team for assistance.

Hi @sunilasm,
Did you tried telnet from Sailpoint server if not check please check and then you will come to know if this issue is from network firewall.
