Entitlement does not appear after aggregation

In IdentityNow, the entitlements does not appear after successful aggregation.
Note that this is in SAP S/4 HANA using Direct connection.

Can anybody provide any insight/suggestion for this.

Please check below two links and according to connector selection please check the configuration and if it still does not help then kindly help us with the configuration or error that you are getting.

Based on documentation (Supported Features) here the following feature that are supported :

I do not see an en entitlement loading feature.

But the documentation also mention to contact your csm for feature setting. I thinks it’s a good idea to see that with your CSM or PS

hey @chadiaz by any chance the roles are expired?

this may cause it not loading in the account.
