Hi All,

While executing entitlement aggregation for SAP Direct connector, I am getting an error.
SAP Direct Connector : Entitlement aggregation scanned all entitlement but failed with error,

Error : Exception during aggregation of Object Type group on Application SAP [source]. Reason: java.lang.RuntimeException: An error occurred while aggregating Application SAP [source] An internal error occurred handling stream response from the server

Steps we did,
Increased the timeout and decrease the pageSize

Still getting the same error,
Please assist

We have similar failure recently. We opened a support ticket. Support mentioned to increase the aggregation timeout value. But before we could do it aggregation started working without any failures. So, you have to increase aggregation timeout and try in different interval of the day where the load is less on your tenant so see if that works. If it is still causing a problem I would recommend opening a support ticket.

I tried but it did not work,
also I updated the “clientLanguage” value from “EN"to"E”, did not work either

Hello @RitikaK ,
Can you ask the source owner whether they have the role business module in SAP direct or not?

If yes, try to hit direct API’s from Postman, if you are getting output in postman, then something is wrong with integration.
