We are seeing this issue of entitlements not showing up in entitlement catalog after successful Account aggregation. this is working fine in sandbox tenant, only issue in prod.
Welcome to SailPoint Developer Community!
Can you check if required attributed are declared as entitlements in the source account schema?
Also, assuming that accounts that were aggregated had entitlements assigned to them
I found a post related to entitlements not showing up in entitlement catalog - JDBC Entitlements not showing in the Entitlement Catalog
Colin said that Search can take up to 24 hours to index new objects. Hope this helps!
You mention that the entitlements are not showing up after an Account Aggregation. Do you have the fields correctly mapped as Entitlements as @shaileeM mentioned?
Do you have the Entitlement Schema set up and are you also doing an Entitlement Aggregation too?
As @Sachin_Rajathadri has pointed out in the other post (which happens to be mine) it has been mentioned by @Colin that the Search and Entitlement Catalog can now take up to 24 hours to appear. If it takes longer than that, then you’ll want to raise a Support Ticket with Customer Support.
There is an Idea link in the other ticket to have the Entitlement Catalog and search configured to display faster, which can be voted on.
yes, they were declared as entitlements, this is happening for all new apps. raised a support ticket with SailPoint support.
i see, SailPoint support responded back that there is an ongoing issue and entitlement catalog, and access profiles are impacted. will wait for the Support to fix it.
