Entitlement aggregation is not successful for AD integrated Application

Hello Team,

I have configured AD integrated source in SailPoint IdentityNow and ran the account aggregation and Entitlement Aggregation.

Account aggregation was successful but entitlement aggregation was not. Getting the below error.

Exception during aggregation of Object Type sharedMailbox on Application CyberArk Certification [source]. Reason: java.lang.RuntimeException: An error occurred while aggregating Application CyberArk Certification [source]

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi ,

This is because the there when you are aggregating sailpoint is getting sharedmailbox from OU of groups
may be you can apply filter in source config to get only group not sharedmailbox by doin this

Group Settings Tab in Source Config
Serach DN: OU of Groups
LDAP Serach Filter: (&(objectClass=Group)(cn=*))
