We are on Active Directory Integration , our aggregation got successful for both account and access but whenever we are trying to open any entitlements its showing some error, Does anyone face similar issue? even opening any entitlements mapped via accounts shows same error

How should I investigate this via Virtual Appliance → CCG.log or what should I refer to debug this?
Yes I tried to do so via backend but it shows Resetting for almost 20 mins, I don’t see any other option now except deleting the source as I tried both ways via API and backend too
Hey The solution for this problem will be taken care by SailPoint team, This issue is related to searchable, these entitlements were existing into the environment as they validated via API, it shows all results but we could not see any UI results this was due to searchable, SailPoint team can fix this issue as it is internal to them only.
