Any update on this?
When managers go to the home page and do not see a “Pending Certifications” tile, they incorrectly and understandably believe they have nothing to do.
As an administrator, I’d like to force the “Pending Certifications” and “My Team” to every leader in the Bank.
Hi @Tyler_Harman , We are having a similar issue where pending certification tile is not visible by default to end users. I would like to connect with you on this.

@jasongold I can manually add those 2 tiles to your tenant if you let me know the tenant name(s).
