Hi all, I have the need to configure Delimited File Connector Apps on IDN. I have previous experience with IIQ, and on IIQ manual work items could be assigned to a workgroup, so anyone in the group would resolve it. I found a limitation on IDN that assigns manual work items to the owner of the source, and the owner can only be a single user, not a workgroup. Have you found a workaround to it? I’m very disappointed that this feature is not available on IDN and it doesn’t make sense for organizations with Identity teams that execute CRUD operations. I tried forwarding the manual work item to a group after it’s created but it can’t be done either. This is a big issue because we have a big load of disconnected apps to integrate.
Hi Juan,
I think it’s a limitation of ISC, however once the workitem is assigned you can use the ISC rest api to forward to a workgroup Manually. Even you can develop a ISC workflow to auto forward those items to a governance group.

Hi Karthikeyan, thanks for the quick reply. So it’s possible to reassign the manual work item to a workgroup vía API (or workflow) but not vía GUI? Have you had experience with it? What would be the trigger for this workflow?
