Assigning Ownership for Work Items

Hello,

When a work item is created, how do we determine who should be its owner? Additionally, is it possible to assign ownership to a governance group?

sources that are not directly connected, source owners will receive notifications in their Task Manager whenever an account requires addition, modification, or removal.
Reassigning to an identity is possible using forward-work-item | SailPoint Developer Community but it will not reassign to gov group
