We have created a disconnected application, which is currently using the Delimited File Connector. The existing setup is as follows:
• Once approved by the role owner, a manual work item is triggered.
• The Provisioning Workgroup is added to the Application Owner field.
• During provisioning, after approval by the role owner, the manual work item is generated and notifications are sent to the “Provisioning Workgroup” specified in the Application Owner field.
• Once the members of the Provisioning Workgroup complete the manual work item, the user gets provisioned.
The new requirements are:
- The work item in the provisioning flow must be sent to a separate “Provisioners Workgroup”, and manual work item notifications should go to this group.
- It must be possible to assign a Provisioners Workgroup at the role level, so different roles can have individual provisioners groups.
- The provisioning workflow must not use the Application Owner attribute field, as it is reserved for other purposes within the application definition.
Please suggest solution.
