I am trying to connect with Active Directory using Active Directory Action. It’s throwing “Command Invocation Error”. It’s same error for all commands.
I have verified the secret arn path . It’s correct. Anyone has faced similar issue ?

We are running into that same error with the EntraAD SaaS connector when provisioning access. It doesn’t happen on every provisioning, but does occur quite often.
Hi @Carlatto - This error was coming due to issues in VA. We rebooted the VA and created a new cluster. It got resolved.
Ensure that the IQService is properly installed and configured, as it acts as an intermediary between IDN and AD. Verify that the IQService user is registered and has the necessary permissions. If the IQService user is not registered, you can register it using the command: IQService -a username
Glad you got it fixed. Unfortunately that won’t fix the issue for me since we are using a SaaS connector not a VA connector.
