Hello, We need support because I have these accounts that gave an error in Active Directory. I would like to know why this error occurred? All these identities no longer exist in ISC.
Have you made Domain Users an Entitlement? It is a special AD Group where the membership can’t be updated as it is allocated automatically in AD.
Do not use Domain User group which is a default AD group for each account and not allowed to add or remove by Active Directory. Please test it with another group and see whether you are getting the same error.
No, this process occurs normally, and only on that day did this error occur for 12 accounts, today they no longer exist in the ISC but they exist in the AD which they shouldn’t, they should have been removed from the AD as well and they weren’t.
Hi Kaio - if this is an established connector and works normally in ordinary circumstances, could there have been a problem with the Domain Controllers at that time?
