Getting error while provisioning account in Active Directory

Hi Team,

I am getting the following error while provisioning new account in AD the error show in IDN is
[“Error(s) reported back from the IQService - Error occurred while enabling the account CN\u003d*****,OU\u003d****,DC\u003d***,DC\u003d***.The server is unwilling to process the request. 0000052D: SvcErr: DSID-031A1236, problem 5003 (WILL_NOT_PERFORM), data 0 . HRESULT:[0x80072035]”]

Anyone know how to resolve this error please let me know.

Hello @Santhakumar,

This error is occurring on the target source and does not require IdentityNow expertise to troubleshoot. Your best course is to find someone who is an Active Directory expert and can help you understand why Active Directory is unwilling to process the request.

I am no expert but doing some quick searches on the internet it appears there might be an issue with the password being set on the account. Active Directory would reject the request if the password does not meet the configured policy.
