Attributes are not populating for NELM users

Hi Experts,

We are integrated ServiceDesk plus with NELM source. So, we are facing issue with NELM users some attributes are not populating in Identity Now. After approving ticket in Servicenow for create account.

I think, the approved user may not have any one of the required attributes which has been configured in NELM.
