How to get account details for NELm identity

We have a requirement to get details of NELM identity including if it has an account on any application
I have tried all regular get identity, get identity snapshot api;s but nothing works it says that identity alias not found.

Get non-employee record api returns just the account not access, could you please help me with this

I suggest opening a support ticket for this. The support team can investigate your tenant to see what is going on.
