Account Creation Error

I created an account in NELM “XXXXXXX” and the creation of the identity was not processed in the IDN, it was only provisioned after adding the character “.” in the “account description” field in NELM, the account was created. It should have been created when we pressed “save” when filling out the form at the time of creation.

I tested in SB, and when I created an identity in NELM without filling out the “account description” field, the account was not actually provisioned, I waited about 30 minutes. I created a second one but filling out this “account description” field and the account was provisioned immediately.

Did you check to see if the workflow requires the value mentioned in the “Description Field” ?

Can you try by creating NELM accounts using create non-employee record API.
