Approval is being assigned to incorrect Identity if the requester is Approver for the Access Profile

I am trying to raise a request for a beneficiary user using the Approver account, Instead of being auto approved, It is being assigned to some Random User.

Sailpoint IdentityNow restricts the auto-approval.

I also faced the same issue in past, It was assigned to one of the Org Admin.
