WorkDay SaaS connector attribute sync not updating EMAIL_ADDRESS_WORK

Hi All,
I have setup WorkDay SaaS connector and using out of the box schema and able to aggregate the accounts.
Created Account Attribute mapping in Create Account UI and mapped it with identity’s workEmail attribute.
When i initiate identity synchronization, In Event i can see it’s generated. However WD team confirms that they haven’t received email update request.

Need help in troubleshooting this.

can you try aggregating the accounts again and check if the email attribute for the account is updated.

Hi @248048 From the screen shot I would be very surprised if the Email attribute has not been updated in Workday. I suggest double checking with the WD team.

As @nithyamn13 says above - What does the Account look like in ISC? I take it it has been aggregated since the update?

Hi @nithyamn13 - I have tried aggregating the identity individually, However no luck & checked with WD team and they confirmed they haven’t received anything from Sailpoint.

Do check with workday team, if there is any business process framework configured in workday that limits updating email on Workday!

Hi @248048 To be clear - have you aggregated the account since the update and if so what does the email attribute(s) look like?

I have aggregated the complete source, however no luck, Still work email address attribute is blank.

Please install the Toolbox command and use it to check the account creation status. In the video, Phil mentioned that certain errors may not appear directly but can be identified using this tool. Although I haven’t implemented it myself yet, I’d like to collaborate and discuss this issue further. Since I came across this information, I’m sharing it with you as a precautionary note.

I note that the Account UUID appears to be blank. How are you mapping Account ID in Account schema?
