I have setup WorkDay SaaS connector and using out of the box schema and able to aggregate the accounts.
Created Account Attribute mapping in Create Account UI and mapped it with identity’s workEmail attribute.
When i initiate identity synchronization, In Event i can see it’s generated. However WD team confirms that they haven’t received email update request.
Hi @248048 From the screen shot I would be very surprised if the Email attribute has not been updated in Workday. I suggest double checking with the WD team.
As @nithyamn13 says above - What does the Account look like in ISC? I take it it has been aggregated since the update?
Hi @nithyamn13 - I have tried aggregating the identity individually, However no luck & checked with WD team and they confirmed they haven’t received anything from Sailpoint.

Please install the Toolbox command and use it to check the account creation status. In the video, Phil mentioned that certain errors may not appear directly but can be identified using this tool. Although I haven’t implemented it myself yet, I’d like to collaborate and discuss this issue further. Since I came across this information, I’m sharing it with you as a precautionary note.
