Just curious on different ways to provide access to forms?

Any leads on the same.

You can :

  • Automatically send it to any identity through the workflows

  • Add to Administrators launch pad so admin can launch the form directly their home page

  • The most interesting part is that you can use a workflow with an Interactive Trigger: Workflow Triggers - SailPoint Identity Services

    When you add this trigger in the workflow :

    1. ISC will require you to create a launcher, and it will automatically create a user-level entitlement for that launcher.

    2. This newly created entitlement can be assigned to any user. Once assigned, the user will see the launcher (workflow) on their home page → Launchpad.

    You can add one or multiple interactive forms to the workflow. Each interactive form is associated with a defined form and includes descriptions to guide user interaction.

    Using this method, any user with the entitlement can launch the workflow directly from their home page and interact with the forms by providing inputs.

If it’s a launcher‑based form, access is controlled by the IDN entitlement that gets created with the same name as the launcher. Anyone who is assigned that entitlement will have access to the launcher, and therefore to the form as well.

You can manage the entitlement assignment either automatically or through a request-based flow. For example, you can make the entitlement requestable with optional approvals, or you can include it in a role with specific criteria so it is automatically assigned to users who meet those conditions
