Open the provisioning form to get user input during the Ent request

For specific entitlement request , there will be free form to user to select few input.
like:ent1 request then form ABC, for ent2 request then form XYZ.

if user select both ent1 and ent2 then 2 form will get open.

how it can be acchive?

Hi @pradeept,

If we can combine these different forms and create a generic form and then depending upon your use-case some fields can be hidden and shown dynamically.

Above use-case you can achieve by below two approaches.

  1. You can launch this access request via quicklink and all the customizations have to be done using workflow, form and then you can launch LCM from this flow.
  2. You can modify OOTB LCM workflow and add step for this form processing and then modify plan and let the workflow complete.

yes that will be totally customization…it can not achieve through normal Access request.

Is it for IdentityNow or IIQ?

If it is for IDN then we have to follow separate approach for the use-case.
