We have a requirement to create form during access request process. I went through v3 api and I realize we can create forms from api. How to use custom forms in access request?

Can you help us understand what the intent of this form is? Is it to capture additional information about the access request for approvers to review? Please be very specific with your use case, as this will help us determine the best path forward.

Thank you for your reply. We need access request forms for 2 reasons

  1. capture additional information about the access request for approvers to review.
  2. Send this additional information captured in the form for provisioning to target system.

Thank you Ajith. I’ve been informed that support for custom forms within request center is a possibility for next year. However, you can develop your own solution using the forms API with workflows or some other service. Workflows has the ability to listen for form submitted events so you can take action on a form.
