It depends on what you want to do. Can you be more specific?

Yeah so the requirement is making a custom for access requests that users can fill out to request access
So that it can capture additional information about the access requests for approvers to review

ok, in this case you can create and use a Provisioning form or a Workflow form. It depends if you use the additional informations to provisioning or for another scope.

If you need it for provisioning, for example to review or insert manually the information that you want send to the target system, you can use a provisioning form; instead, if you need those info to launch procedure or something else, you can use a workdlow form.

For the first case, you can configure a prov. form on application for each different operation(create, update etc…) and it apply the account\group provisioning or you can use a prov. form on roles and add additional attribute on account\group provisioning.

In the other case, you can create a WF form and add it on the workflow that you need(in most case LCM Create and Update workflow); on this option you must change the workflow and adapt the beahavior.

@uditsahntl01 Well, we see that you’ve put all possible tags on this post related to ISC and it is posted under wrong category of discussion which is ISC again.

Would suggest you to update your post under IIQ category and only put relevant tags so that you attract right set of audience on the post to get quick responses whereas you’d be attracting wrong set of audience here under ISC category.
