Request form Custom Attributes

Hi Team,

Need feature to allow request form customization. It is standard IGA tool feature that allow customizing Request form fields.

This form fields typically can be used to collect additional account attributes or operational attributes that can be used for Provisioning. Let’s say the provision account needs dynamic attribute (user input ) for determining Acceptance of Terms of usage, User Delivery Address etc

Also, request form inputs can be used to filter access profiles as per user selection. This really helps with app with large access profiles. For eg. Global App, India-A Access Profile, America A Access Profile, … here the input country/region can help filter out the access profiles.
