We have a requirement to collect input from the requestor when submitting an access request (via roles or access profiles) in the Request Center.
Here’s the scenario:
We have an AD source where the “Description” attribute (which varies by team) is required during account creation. I need to gather this “Description” value from the requestor at the time they raise the access request (which triggers the creation of a new account).
How can I configure/call the form in the Request Center to capture this input and pass it for account creation?
Also how do I say in “Account Create” section to get the value for “description” attribute from the “form”. Not sure if this is possible in IDN

Is there no identity attribute available with value related to team or similar that can be used in “Create Account Profile”?

No, it’s a description attribute which differs for team to team as it helps to create vault in CyberArk.

How many such various description might be possible ?
Are the descriptions related to Identity in anyway such that we can generate a description value from the available Identity Data ?
I Understand your requirement but we cannot pass any external data into plan apart from Identity Data .
Even if you chose forms , these forms cannot be used along with AD Rules.

Those descriptions are not related to identity data. Yes, seems access request forms are not supported right now.
