Virtual Appliance Cluster not showing up in the VA cluster dropdown

@sisvanthkumar I do not recognize that error specifically, but it is clear that initial bootstrap did not work properly. I would suggest to recreate the VA image and bootstrap it again, using the normal procedure.

Can you (before you recreate) run this as suggested in the troubleshooting guide:
https://community.sailpoint.com/t5/IdentityNow-Connectors/Virtual-Appliance-Troubleshooting-Guide/ta-p/78735#stunt_script

I assume it is some kind of connectivity issue with some of the components in AWS.

Hi @sisvanthkumar,

Could you try listing the clusters using this API call?

Check to see if you have the the key pairs as non-null or empty values.

I had something like this happen to me a few months back. The only way we were able to fix the issue was to do a new install of the VA image and rejoin it to the cluster.

I would make sure that when you setup your VA that you are pull the most up to date image of the VA image. I would rebuild the VA and try to rejoin it to the cluster and see if you get different results.

We use the vSphere images. After I did a rebuild I able to get the VA to join the cluster and update properly.

Hi @ksbagade , its doesn’t show any empty values in it

Thanks @mpotti , i tried it using a new VA image which i downloaded and its now working fine
