Unable to select the VA cluster while defining the source

Hi All,

I was trying to play around with the IdentityNow. Have created a VA cluster and added two VA’s inside the same. Both of them are showing as connected.
Currently the VA cluster is showing as VA update in progress as shown below -

VA status as shown below -

Now when I’m trying to create a new source and select the connection as direct, It is not showing VA Cluster in dropdown. see below -

Am I missing something?

Hi

Reboot your VA’s in the putty. Then restart in sometime.

Already did restart multiple times but no luck.

Steps I followed to resolved the same -

1. Deleted the VA from the VA cluster, and then deleted the Cluster.
2. Deleted the config.yaml from both the VA machines.
3. Added the VA again in the new cluster and configured the new config.yaml
4. Issue resolved.

VA status back to Healthy …
