The VA is deployed in V Sphere , they are using Proxy , we were able to make a successful test connection . Checked all logs , no issues noticed as of the available documentations.
But the VA is in Update in progress status , since 4 days . No active jobs . All services are up and running . Any suggestions to resolve?
try to test it using the Stunt script to see if you’re not having any connection issues on the VA. I’ve had this error to many times and normally they were related to the Network configuration.
Can you give more detail on “network configuration”? I’m having similar issues but the network team says nothing is being blocked. I’d like to tell them what to check.
