Issue with VA Image - Unable to proceed with VA Update after connecting

Hi Team,

Need help /suggestion to resolve below issue.

As I am proceeding with creation of a new cluster and VA in my sandbox, the VA gets connected, but the update is not progressing, and the VA status shows VA update in progress.

Below are the steps that I have followed:
1 - Log into partner tenant.
2 - Created Cluster
3 - Downloaded VA image.
4 - Extracted the VA image to a separate folder and started the VA image in VMware Workstation.
5 - Downloaded the config.yaml file and copied to VA.
6 - Proceed with test connection. Got status as “Connected”.
7 - VA Status moved from “Connected” to “VA Update in progress”.

When I checked charon.log, I got error as credential issue. Attached screenshot for your reference.

I see in the errors that it is complaining about the timestamp being too far off with the VA Tenant. Can you check what the time is currently set to in the VA to see if there is a difference?

I checked the timestamp of the VA and got below details and below is the result.

The charon log file says the service config file is not in place, but I have palced the config.yaml file in right directory.

I also checked va_agent log and found that the authetication is failing.
