Hello All,
Configuring System Health Notifications - SailPoint Identity Services , it is mentioned
At regular intervals, information is gathered from each cluster to keep a running history of various metrics such as free space, memory usage, CPU usage, and number of restarts for the container. The system averages these metrics over the past few hours to represent the cluster’s performance under sustained usage. When metrics exceed the threshold, an alert generates, and you will receive a VA Error State Active email notification
Question 1:
Are free space, memory usage, and CPU usage included in the default system notifications alerts in SailPoint ISC? Our intention is to monitor resource usage on the Virtual Appliance (VA), and we would like to receive an email alert if there are issues related to disk space, memory, or CPU performance.
Question 2:
We have configured a workflow using the “VA Cluster Status Change Event” trigger, which creates a ServiceNow incident when the event is fired. Does this event also include resource metrics such as disk space, memory usage, or CPU performance?
Thanks,
Anirban
