We want to use the system notifications to alert our operations team when a source is unhealthy, VA is down etc. following this article Getting Notified When Your Org Needs Attention - SailPoint Identity Services
Is there any documentation on how frequently does IdentityNow check the status of these components? I understand once it has detected it’s state has changed IDN waits for 15 mins before sending out the notification but how frequently does it check the status?
We are trying to gauge how soon we will receive the notification and if that’s enough for our RTO.
