Our SailPoint Identity is connected to AD.
Sometimes connection is down.
For now Web Page shows status “not responding”.
May we get regular like “every hour” monitoring emails “CONNECTION IS STILL DOWN!!!”
Once an hour, the system checks whether each source is in a healthy state. If a source has been in an unhealthy state for 15 minutes or longer at the time of the check, the system sends the Source Health email template to the selected users. Once the source has been healthy again for 5 minutes or longer, you’ll receive another notification.
If this is not working please create support case . I have many times things work in one tenant and don’t work in other tenant.
