VA monitoring and alerting (Azure)

Dear Experts,

Has anyone setup monitoring & alerts for the VA when the VA is setup on MS Azure? If yes, did you use the default alerting configuration or also used custom alerts?

Hello,

For sufficing your objective, we need to have some kind of monitoring tools to be installed/used within Virtual Appliance - VMs to generate the alters and send.

But, I think that is not supported because, SailPoint Virtual Appliances are more SailPoint proprietary component and its updates and monitoring is completely owned by SailPoint. Its also documented in the Virtual Appliance Troubleshooting Guide that usage of monitoring tools is not supported. Refer the below screenshots.
