Any one facing issue frequently in Prod and Sandbox for below error. Based on article it says restart of cluster should fix the issue. Unfortunately restart of clusters is not fixing
When we reached sailpoint support and have been told that they are working on prod/sandbox fix.

Is this happening across all tenants ?is there any workaround available ?
“One or more of the virtual appliances on this source’s VA cluster are not responding to aggregation requests from IdentityNow. To ensure aggregations complete successfully, please verify all VAs are at the latest version and can connect to IdentityNow. This aggregation will be retried in case this was a temporary connectivity issue.”
There is a another bug as related to the proxy issue based on the support team
This is regards to the va-cli services on the VA.
VA issue: The new(ish) va-cli service is likely not honoring proxy settings, and you may see failures (“ERROR”) for a couple of endpoints in the charon networking test if a proxy is configured for use by a customer’s VAs.
In the logs following things will be seen
• updates for OS not being applied
• updates for containers not being applied
• VA (or cluster) stuck in “Update pending” status
Work around is to the update status lockout by going into each VA and deleting all the job files in /opt/sailpoint/workflow/jobs/, then rebooting the VA.
