Virtual Appliance Restarting during Aggregation

We have completed testing an Okta (non-saas) integration in our Sandbox, and are in the middle of migrating to production.

We have launched an aggregation in production and it appears to be working, then after a few minutes (so far varies between 8-50 minutes), it crashes with the below warning:

The virtual appliance processing this aggregation was shutdown or restarted while the aggregation was in progress. The aggregation will be retried.

Then the aggregation restarts in another thread. This has happened twice now. We didn’t see this issue at all in the sandbox.

Has anyone else seen this?

Hey Dylan,

Can you confirm that if you restart the VA and open an SSH session and check if there are any services that are affected? And The service name is being displayed when you authenticate to the VA?

If not, there have you tried all the steps mentioned in the below official reference guide for VA troubleshooting? Including the stunt script?
Reference to the official troubleshooting guide Virtual-Appliance-Troubleshooting-Guide.

Thank You,
Aman

We found the issue. VA was updating during aggregation.
