Do you know how does SailPoint application triggers the Service Now ticket creation flow for the disconnected app?

e.g., we have LCM workflow which takes care of the approvals

How does SailPoint now transfers the control to appropriate provisioning process per application?

e.g., ABC - App - create ticket

PQR app - Auto provision

I am looking for the step name in LCM workflow which would tell SailPoint app to check for IdentityIQ ServiceDesk for ServiceNow application to create ticket.

Which step in the LCM provisioning business process calls the ServiceNow ticket generation flow?

It is done through the normal provisioning workflow only. For the status check it goes to process queued items something . I don’t remember the exact name

You can check the step “Manage Ticket“ subprocess workflow in LCM Provisioning workflow..

In your environment, if service now service desk connector is already setup, and you want to see for which app it creates a ticket, or you want to create it. Open the servicenowservice desk app in debug. Check your app in catalog item and also see your app under
