ServiceNow ServiceDesk Ticket creation via ServiceNow API

Hi Everyone ,

Currently we need to create tickets in ServiceNow from Joiner and Leaver workflows. We are looking for how we can create tickets, using API , as we do not have license for serviceNow serviceDesk Connector. Any refrences/any links on how to proceed further helps me , thanks In-Advance.

Hi @ChaitanyaEati - you may want to sign up for a ServiceNow developer account and review the API’s they have. This will start you on the path to understanding the custom integration. I would recommend making the business case to getting a license for that as the SailPoint integration is fairly easy to setup compared to a custom solution.
