Hello Team,
I need to create ServiceNow ticket when user is terminated in IdentityNow.
There is an action “Manage ServiceNow Ticket” in workflow and i am using that.
In field “Caller” what should i enter is it a SNOW sys_id or user name from identity now?
I searched on compass but did not find any example values.
Can you please give some sample data.
