ServiceNow Ticket from IIQ Workflow

I added ServiceNow Ticket creation feature as a step in my custom AccessRequest workflow but I cannot find the generated ticket and it does not throw any error.

Is there a way to check within IIQ what is going on or if the ticket was created and the location of the ticket?

Is there any sample workflow with “Create ServiceNow Ticket” I can look at, to ensure that I am doing the right thing?
