Ticket Creation

The information provided in this section is used to create a ticket on the Generic SDIM.

These tickets contain information that can be used by IT, compliance auditors, and executive management.

It is not clear from the documentation whether the response body from a ticket creation can also be in xml (Content-Type: application/xml) rather than JSON. If so, what would be the setting required for the field Request Root Element Type: XMLObject ?

It is not clear from the documentation what the field Request Root Element is supposed to contain. The example specifies values, but it is meaningless without any further context…
