I’m setting up a Jira SDIM for manual provisioning tasks. We need to have some additional information visible on the tickets to make sure the tickets being actioned in Jira are valid.
I’ve had a look at Working with Velocity Template Language in ITSM Ticketing - Compass which has been somewhat helpful, but are there any global variables, such as the ones used in email templates, accessible during the Jira ticket creation?
More specifically, I’m interested in information such as:
Requester comments
Reviewer name (review timestamp would be a plus)
Reviewer comments, if applicable
Remove date, if applicable
From what I can see now, it seems like only the variables pertaining to the specific operation(i.e create account) are available?
