In the Requester Source dropdown, select the source name through which the ITSM ticketing system's users are aggregated.

Currently this doesn’t indicate how this Requester Source can be utilized in the integration. Can this page be updated to do so?

How the information from the Requester Source is used is not specified.
@DocsTeam , what happens if the identity doesn’t have an account on the source?
