We integrated ServiceNow SDIM and we would like to create RITMs and track their status. In the guide it mentions that we need to “Enter the basic element of the request ticket. The value represents the JSON root element in a request.” which is a bit unclear.
I see this was unclear for other people as well and there was an engineering ticket for this. I was just wondering if this was resolved? If so, could you please share an example of “Request Root Element” ? Thanks in advance!
