ServiceNow SDIM Integration - Unable to create multiple RITMs

Hello everyone,

We’ve encountered an unusual issue with our SDIM integration. We are able to create RITMs successfully, but when we make additional access requests from Atlas for the same person after the initial request, tickets aren’t being generated in ServiceNow. We checked the request payloads, and while there is a payload for the first request, there is none for the subsequent ones. Despite this, I can see the requests are submitted successfully, with the status showing as pending. What could be causing this? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
