Show ticket number in request center (my request)

Hi ,

We have integrated ServiceNow as SDIM integration with IDN. When a user requests access, a Service Now Service request is created - REQxxxx.

Is there a way to display this information to user in request center under the request raise?Is there an API that we can leverage ?

Unfortunately there isn’t currently a way to show this. The ideas page says it is a future consideration.
