ServiceNow ticket number within SailPoint

Is the REQ or RITM number stored on SailPoint after using the ServiceNow servicedesk integration? If so can I get the information using the search function?

It is stored in provisioning plan and you can see that in search logs under accountRequests.

You can search using name of your service desk integration in search. Put it under double quotes in search and all provisioning events would be visible. If you go inside anyone of them ,you should see ticket number.

@chirag_patel Can’t we see the REQ/RITM number in My requests? Earlier it was supported is this changed now? how can end user will know about events? Any other way to populate the Request details in IDN Request?
