We have a workflow that it generate a form for a manager. The manager receive a mail with a link.
Is it possible show the form in the portal? I don’t see a option where show the form.

As far as I remember, you can make Forms visible only to Org Admins.
There’s the option to use the Launcher, which allows the Form to appear there instead of being sent via email.
Unortunately forms are only visible to admin user level. Admin user will see forms in the home (My Sailpoint). Forms can be viewed, edited or launched (what you want):
