When setting up Approval Definitions for IIQ Entitlements it needs to be static.
We would like to in a case of an SOD on the request trigger to a different approver.

Was thinking to look at creating a Approval Rule with a ServiceNow Script and look at the RITM - currentRecord and if there is an SOD violation on it assign to specific ServiceNow Group.

Has anybody else tried to change the approval like this in ServiceNow to someone else under certain conditions.
