SAP Ariba Direct Connector

Hi All,

I see SAP Ariba direct connector (not the SaaS one) in the connectors list for ISC. However, I do not see it on the ISC tenant when tried to create one:

Any insights on how to get it and any consideration associated with it are highly appreciated.

Hi @gourab, the documentation link you’ve provided is for SaaS connector. There are documents available for both SaaS and direct connectors for ISC.

However, I’m looking for direct connector (not SaaS) to be available on the ISC tenant for us to start configuring which is currently not the case if you look at my screenshots above. Any insights there?

As the connector itself is not present on the tenant, I believe raising a support ticket with SailPoint would help.

For what it’s worth, I looked at one of my client’s tenants I only see the SaaS connector as well
